卫星导航遥感与天体力学课题组招聘启事

山东大学空间科学研究院坐落于全国第一宜居海滨城市威海,北拥玛珈山,西濒国际海水浴场,自然环境优美、生活设施齐全,工作条件优越。

卫星导航遥感与天体力学课题组由导航定位和天体力学的知名学者、千人计划特聘专家许国昌教授和原德国GFZ遥感部主任著名遥感专家、国家外专千人Kaufmann教授领导,依托山大空间科学研究院,负责开拓和建设卫星导航遥感与天体力学学科方向,已开设相应课程并开始致力于各类理论课题研究和应用课题研发。目前课题组有教授两名,兼职/客座教授四名,实验室专职高级工程师三名,工程师一名,博士后四名,博士生五名,硕士生五名等。目前课题组导航遥感实验室配备有无人机、GNSS接收机、GNSS反射信号接收机、导航、控制、通讯、惯导、三维激光扫描、高光谱影像、摄影摄像、高性能计算机等硬件设备,以及各类图像处理、数据处理、大型空间轨道设计、卫星导航定位、精密定轨等软件,为课题组提供科研和创新平台。课题组将继续为课题组成员提供国际交流平台,支持团队成员申报各类人才计划,并努力使团队成员具有海外经历。

因科研教学需要,导航遥感与天体力学课题组继续诚聘成员:

一、招聘岗位

课题组拟在GNSS导航定位、GNSS/INS组合、电子、通讯、计算机软硬件研发、三维激光扫描、摄影测量、遥感等技术方向招聘教授、副教授、研究员、副研究员、博士后、博士生、硕士生、实验技术人员(一般要求硕士以上学历),其中教学科研人员6-8名,实验技术人员3-5名,博士后3-5名。应聘人员需满足以下条件(满足一项或多项):

1)    主持过GNSS导航定位、GNSS/INS组合导航、电子、通讯、计算机软硬件研发、三维激光扫描、摄影测量、遥感等学科方向科研、工程项目的专家、学者、高级工程师;

2)    熟悉GNSS接收机板卡集成设计和开发,具备DSP/FPGA嵌入式开发能力;

3)    熟悉通讯工程的专业基本技能,有长远距离站点间快速数据通讯研发经验;

4)    较好的网络基础知识,对各类组网方式灵活运用,熟悉网络部署,熟悉常用网络设备的应用、配置和调试,能独立设计交互性良好的网页及网络应用;

5)    熟悉自动驾驶仪、无人机飞行控制系统构成和运行基本原理,熟悉无人机研发流程及工艺;

6)    熟悉摄影测量相关理论,掌握影像快速匹配、图像处理、平差等技术和算法,空三加密原理,了解4D产品生产流程,熟悉JX4DPGrid等作业软件;

7)    计算机立体视觉和三维重建的基本原理,对图形图像处理技术有深入了解,熟悉三维建模流程,能熟练使用CAD3dmaxPhotoshop等软件,有OpenGLDirectX三维开发环境经验。

8)    精通 C/C++编程,具有较强的编程能力,能够独立开展相关功能模块开发,具有良好的代码风格和编码习惯,有OPENCV/GDAL/DXSDK/PENGL/OSG/QT等开发经验;

9)    同时特别欢迎卫星导航定位有关的GNSSGNSS-RGNSS/INS组合导航、遥感、天体力学等相关学科的人才前来应聘教授、副教授、研究员、副研究员岗位。

二、薪酬待遇

按照学校和空间科学研究院的有关规定执行,具体如下:

1.特殊专家学者与学校单独议定薪酬;

2.长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金学者、教授、研究员等,年薪人民币40-50万;

3.获得国家自然科学基金委员会评审优秀青年基金学者、国家青年千人计划学者等,年薪人民币30-40万;

4.副教授、副研究员年薪根据学校和研究院规定从优,面议;

5.博士后成员年薪在14万元以上;

6.实验技术人员及其他应聘人员待遇面议。

Shandong University, Institute of Space Sciences--Satellite Navigation, Remote Sensing and Celestial Mechanics Group.

Concerning to the need of research and teaching, some positions of the Satellite Navigation, Remote Sensing and Celestial Mechanics group is available for the candidates with nice salaries.

Institute of Space Sciences (IIS) of Shandong University is located at the city Weihai that is one of the best coast residence cities of China. To north of IIS campus is a green hill named Maga, and to the west is the city international coastal beach. The nature climate of IIS is gorgeous, and the condition of work and life here is peaceful and convenient.

The Satellite Navigation, Remote Sensing and Celestial Mechanics group is headed by PI and Prof. univ. Prof.

h.c. Dr.-Ing. Guochang Xu, former long term Senior Scientist of GeoForschungs- Zentrum-Potsdam(1993-1998, 1999-2014), and National Distinguished Expert of the Chinese 1000 Talents Project, and also headed by Prof. univ. Prof. h.c. Hermann Josef Kaufmann, the former head of the section of Remote Sensing, National Distinguished Expert of the Foreign 1000 Talents Project. The group is aimed to exploit and build the principle of satellite navigation, remote sensing and celestial mechanics, and has already started the lectures and studies of some aspects of these research areas. The group has two distinguished professors, four adjunct/guest professors, three senior engineers, one engineer, four post doctors, five Ph.D. and five master students. The group has a vast experimental laboratory equipped with various GNSS receivers, GNSS-R, UAV, remote control and communication devices, INS, laser scanner, optical cameras, computational hardware and real-time precise positioning software as well as space mission design software and other utilities as needed by researchers. The group will provide the members the platform of international exchange and opportunities of abroad study, and supports the applications of all science projects and talent projects.

Available Positions:

The candidates should have the experience at the areas of GNSS navigation, GNSS/NS, electronic, communication, computer software/hardware development, 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, remote sensing, etc. The available positions includes: professor, vice professor, researcher, vice researcher, post doctor, Ph.D. candidate, master candidate, engineer. The available number of teaching position is 6-8, engineer is 3-5 and post doctor is 3-5. The candidates should meet the requirements (at least one, but multiple abilities are welcome):

1)            The expert, researcher, senior engineer of the projects of GNSS navigation, GNSS/INS integration, electronic, communication, computer software/hardware development, 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, remote sensing and etc.

2)            Be familiar with the design and development of GNSS receivers, have the ability of the embedded DSP/FPGA development.

3)            Be familiar with acknowledge of communication engineering, have the experience of development of long distance communication.

4)            Have good acknowledge of internet, and be trained with the application of the internet. Be familiar with the distribution of network, and be familiar with the application of internet devices. Have the ability of the website design and internet application development.

5)            Be familiar with the manipulation of UAVs, and have acknowledge of construction of the UAV, have the experience of the UAV’s development.

6)            Be familiar with the theory of photogrammetry, and have the ability of image quick matching, image process, adjustment and AT. Have the experience of the process of 4D production, and know how to use the software of JX4 and DPGrid.

7)            Have acknowledge of computer stereo view and 3D construction, be skilled with image processing, and be familiar with process of the 3D construction. Be familiar with the software of CAD, 3dmax, Photoshop, etc. and have the experience of the development of 3D environment with OpenGL/DirectX.

8)            Be skilled with C/C++ programming, and have strong program ability. Have the ability of model development. Have good program customs, and have the experience of the development of OPENCV/GDAL/DXSDK/PENGL/OSG/QT.

9)            Special welcome the candidates of professor, vice professor, researcher, vices researcher relative to the study areas of GNSS, GNSS-R, GNSS/INS navigation, remote sensing, celestial mechanics, etc.

Salary Conditions:

Salary conditions for a successful candidate are as follows:

1.      For special and senior experts the salary is individual negotiable.

2.       For Chang-Jiang Scholar professor, outstanding scholars and/or young scholars, professor, researcher, etc. the annual salary is range of 400-500 thousand Chinese Yuan (7 CNY=l Euro);

3.       For Chinese Nature Foundation outstanding scholars and/or young scholars, young 1000 talents, the. annual salary is in the range of 300-400 thousand Chinese Yuan ;

4.       For vice professor and vice researcher, the annual salary is according to the quality and no less than 140 thousand Chinese Yuan;

5.       Postdoctoral fellows will obtain an annual salary of no less than 140 thousand Chinese Yuan;

6.       The salary of Engineer and other kind positions will be negotiable.
