一、基本情况

徐天河,男,1975年9月出生,博士,博士后,山东大学特聘教授,博士生导师,卫星导航与遥感团队PI。国家高层次人才计划科技创新领军人才,国家重点研发计划首席科学家。1998年获解放军测绘学院大地测量专业学士学位;2001年获解放军信息工程大学大地测量学与测量工程硕士学位,2004获解放军信息工程大学大地测量学与测量工程博士学位;2008-2010年进入武汉大学测绘科学与技术博士后流动站从事研究工作。2009年获国家留学基金委和德国亥母霍兹联合会共同资助赴德国地学研究中心留学深造,2011年按期回国。威海市卫星导航与遥感重点实验室主任,地理信息工程国家重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国卫星导航定位协会北斗海洋应用专业委员会副主任委员,中国卫星导航定位协会青年工作委员会副主任委员,导航定位高精度软硬件综合解决方案及软件与算法联合实验室测评委员会委员、中国测绘地理信息学会大地测量与导航专业委员会委员,中国卫星导航协会教育与发展专业委员会委员,青岛市地质勘探导航重点实验室学术委员会委员,自然资源部海洋环境探测技术与应用重点实验室学术委员会委员。在国内外发表学术论文260余篇,其中120余篇论文被SCI收录,80余篇论文被EI收录,论文被引用4000余篇次,授权申请专利和软著30余项。2007年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖,2008年获陕西省青年科技奖,2020年获夏坚白测绘事业创业与科技创新奖,2021年获宝钢优秀教师奖。先后获省部级科技进步特等奖2项,一等奖3项,二等奖7项、三等奖1项。先后主持国家重点研发计划、问海计划课题、基金委重大项目课题等20余项。
