SUSEEL ANOOP，学号2019GB831002，系我院2019级地球物理学专业博士研究生。该生自2020年9月回国起与学校失去联系，学业中断，超过学校规定期限未注册。根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（中华人民共和国教育部令第41号）第三章第三十条第五款、《山东大学研究生学籍管理规定（修订）》（山大研字〔2020〕78号）第八章第四十三条第五款有关规定，经导师同意、学院党政联席会研究，决定拟给予SUSEEL ANOOP退学处理。

鉴于无法通过邮件、电话、微信等方式送达告知书，现采用公告方式送达。公告期60天，自北京时间2025年4月22日起至2025年6月20日止，学生如有异议，可在公告期内联系学院，公告期满视为送达成功且本人无异议。

SUSEEL ANOOP,student ID number 2019GB831002, a postgraduate student majoring in Geophysics, has lost contact with the university since returning to India from September 2020 without permission.The student has interrupted his studies and failed to complete registration within the stipulated period.According to Article 30, Section 5 of Chapter 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of University Students by Ministry of Education (Order No.41 of the Ministry of Education, PRC) and Article 43, Section 5 of Chapter 8 ofthe Regulations on the Administration of Graduate Students in Shandong University (Revised), with the consent of the supervisor and the discussion of the Party and Government Joint Meeting of School ofSpace Science and Technology, it is decided that SUSEEL ANOOP will be expelled by the university.

Since the student cannot be reached,the decision of expulsion cannot be delivered to the student by email, telephone or WeChat, we decide to deliver the decision in written form by putting this public notice on the website. The public notice period will last for 60 days from April 22,2025 to JUNE 20, 2025.If students who object tothe decision shall contact the school within the notice period.The decision of expulsion will be deemed as delivered to the studentin person when the public notice period expires.
